"I founded Hogan Self Storage 8 years ago to solve a problem that I saw many of my friends and neighbors had. Their garages, basements and home offices were overflowing with business, hobby, and personal stuff. Students needed somewhere to store their things when school was out. They needed somewhere convenient, safe and secure to keep it all. 8 years later, I'm proud to say we serve more families and businesses in our community than ever before.
My vision was to create a business that would enhance our community, the kind that I'd want for MY family. As a father and local resident, I wanted my building to be environmentally-friendly, well-lit so my customers would feel safe, spotlessly clean, and in a convenient location with easy access. I hate long-term contracts and commitments that corporate self-storage businesses try to push on you, and I don't trust companies that play around with move-in gimmicks to conceal higher prices in the longer term, so I decided that we'd do business differently. No long-term commitments, no sales gimmicks, discounts every month if you pay by direct debit, bigger discounts every month if you need multiple units. Fair and transparent pricing from a business you can trust.
In addition to providing units that can accommodate any storage need, we strive to provide outstanding customer service. Our manager, Jackie, is extremely knowledgeable, loves to help, and will answer any specific self storage questions.
